Outpatient Services

The outpatient program at Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital is an integral part of our continuum of care.Using computerized diagnostic and therapeutic technology, our multidisciplinary care team develops treatment plans to meet individual patient needs. A rehabilitation nurse/case manager coordinates outpatient care, ensuring that we provide quality service and timely, cost-effective outcomes.
