Our multidisciplinary team, led by a rehabilitation physician, works with patients and their families to achieve the following goals:

psychosocial support to help patients and their families adjust to the changes in daily living.
rehabilitation nursing to educate about bowel and bladder function, sexuality and skin management.
patient education on diabetic care and secondary health issues.
nutritional counseling to help promote a healthy lifestyle.

      From preadmission to community re-entry, our program is designed to meet the individual needs of patients and their families. Care is available on an acute and postacute inpatient and outpatient basis. We also provide these specialized services:
