At Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital, we provide a comprehensive continuum of adult and pediatric rehabilitation. Our services include acute inpatient care as well as comprehensive outpatient services.

      Referrals are accepted from physicians, case managers and other healthcare professionals as well as adjusters, patients and family members. Children and adults receive care without regard to gender, sexual orientation, race, color, age, religion, culture or disability.

      Our admission representative obtains financial clearance and authorization prior to admission. Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital accepts Medicare, Medi-Cal and most major healthcare plans, and is a preferred provider by most managed health insurance companies. This information, along with patient rights and expectations, are reviewed with the patient and his or her family during the admission process.
